
Submission Guidelines
Authors can submit their manuscripts electronically using one of the following methods. First, they may click the “Submit Your Research” button located at the bottom of the sidebar, which will open a pre-configured email link. Through this link, authors can submit their manuscript directly via email. Additionally, authors may communicate or seek guidance by pressing the WhatsApp floating button visible on the screen.
Required Submission Files
Every submission must include the following separate documents:
- Main manuscript file (blinded)
- Title page containing:
- Full author names
- Institutions and affiliations
- ORCID ID (if available)
- Email of the corresponding author
- Plagiarism similarity report
- AI-generated text screening report
Submissions may be declined administratively if:
- The overall similarity index exceeds 20%; or
- The AI-generated writing detection score exceeds 10%.
Authors are strongly advised to screen their manuscripts before submission to avoid unnecessary delays.

Manuscript Preparation Requirements
Language and Length
- Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
- American or British spelling may be used, but usage must remain consistent.
- Original research papers should typically range between 6,000–9,000 words, including references and appendices.
- Short communications or technical notes should not exceed 3,000 words.
- Review articles may be longer but should remain concise and well structured.
Blinding and File Structure
For double-blind peer review, authors must upload:
- Title Page file: author details and acknowledgments
- Blinded Manuscript: no names, affiliations, self-identifying text, or metadata
The blinded manuscript must not contain:
- Author names in text or headers
- Institutional names
- Self-citations written as “our previous work”
Formatting Standards
- Paper size: A4, margins ≥ 2 cm on all sides
- Font: Times New Roman, 12-point
- Line spacing: 1.5 throughout (text, tables, and notes)
- Text alignment: Justified
- No automatic hyphenation
- Page numbers must appear consecutively on all pages
- Subheadings should be structured logically and limited to two levels
- Mathematical symbols should be inserted using an equation tool, not images
Citations, Quotations, and References
- Short quotations should appear in double quotation marks
- Single quotation marks should be used for quotes within quotations or specific terms
- Quotations exceeding one line should be formatted as separate indented blocks
- Omissions should be indicated with (…) and editorial additions with [ ]
- Permission must be obtained for use of copyrighted content
- References must follow the IEEE citation style consistently
- The reference list should appear at the end of the manuscript and include only cited works
Notes and Footnotes
- Use the built-in MS Word footnote function
- Footnotes should be brief and used sparingly
- Number footnotes sequentially using superscript numbers
Tables and Figures
- Tables must be created in Word using real table formatting; do not insert screenshots
- Figures must be submitted at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI
- Each figure or table must be uploaded as a separate file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF)
- Indicate placements in the manuscript using text labels such as [Figure 1]
- Captions and numbering must be clear and consistent
